Fermentation System-brewery equipment

1.The inner of the fermentation tank are adopted good quality stainless steel. Use polyurethane to keep warm. The outside scarfskin is according to the customer's requirement. You can choose stainless steel polishing, carbon steel, spray finishing and so on.

2.Adopt the international standard of fermentation technology, on line database inspection and monitoring technology.The inner surface of the tank is mirrorpolished. The standard is ≤0.8μm≤ 0.6μm ≤ 0.2μm. Completly meet the demand of sterilize system.

3.The cooling jacket can achieve all countries's standard, supply Miller, arch, corrugated plate and so on. Meet all kinds of demand of cooling technology of coolant and pressure. 

Yeast propagation system-brewery equipment

1.The shell welding line is smooth and polishing, Inner surface roughness is ≤0.4μm .Surface roughness outside the tank ≤0.8μm . All meet international standard and GMP requirement.

2.The tank has no dead corner and no residual and make sure about the thoroughly cleaning and liquor drainage.

3.This system is divided into Ⅰgrade, Ⅱgrade, Ⅲ grade and more grades to propagate. The capacity for one time is 40HL, 160HL, and more.

4.Adopted PLC semi -automatic/automatic control system, the technology parameters can be set up according to the technology requirement. It can meet the requirement of all kinds of breweies. 

CIP system-brewry equipment

All tanks adopt high-quality 304 stainless steel material, argon protection welding, inner and outer polishing processing, high quality valves and pipes, optimization technology link.

Adopt the automatic control technology, temperature, realized the automatic control of temperature, pressure, flow, liquid level etc, satisfy the need of automatic cleaning in every production connection.

After finish of each link, recovery the washing and recycling using to reduce the environmental pollution. 

Water treatment system-brewery equipment

1.Brewery water treatment system consists of ACC, ion exchange column, coarse filter implement, refined filter equipment, filter core regenesis equipment, softening water equipment, pipelines & valves and control system etc. Generally, the softening water equipment, pipelines & valves and control system etc. Generally, the softening water equipment's production capacity is from 10t/h to 50t/h.

2.The brewing water should be achromatic, lucid, no deposition, no strange smell and odoless. The general rigidity should be <6.24 mmol/L, alkalinity's RA value should be <0.89mmol/L and PH value 6~7.

The concentration dilution system-brewery equipment

The system includes water treatment equipment, vacuum degassing equipment, heat exchanging equipment,  CO₂ padding equipment, keep worm water tank, dissolved oxygen on line checking system and automatic control system.

According to the production basis of beer mash, ferment, after filtering, it can reduce the concentration of beer, control the taste, and improve the technology of finished beer.
